What is the best way to use this product?

A: Not everyone’s body metabolizes melatonin at the same rate so one gummie may do the trick but others use two. Recommended dose is 1 to 2 gummies 20 to 30 minutes before bedtime. The melatonin will help you fall asleep and the CBN will help you stay asleep so you can get the recommended 7 to 8 hours of restorative sleep. Melatonin may cause drowsiness. Do not drive or operate machinery after taking this supplement.

Should I use the sleep gummies every night for sleep?

A: These sleep gummies are meant for occasional use to help maintain a healthy sleep-wake cycle. A stable cycle of restorative rest is important to take on your daytime activities. What can interrupt your sleep rhythm? The three common sleep issues are Jet-lag when traveling, rotating shift work, and a lack of consistent sleep schedule. Does this product come with product and storage advisements?

A: Store in cool dry place and away from sunlight. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

How many total milligrams, including CBN and melatonin, are in each gummie?

A: A total of 15 milligrams which include: 10mg of Cannabinol (CBN) and 5mg of melatonin in each vegan naturally flavored watermelon gummie square.

Is it OK to take this product with other ingestible supplements?

A: We always recommend consulting a medical professional prior to using any of our products. However, we DO NOT recommend combining it with other sleep aid supplements. If you wish to combine other supplements (e.g. non-medications) with this product, that is a personal choice. We have not seen reports of any adverse effects from people using our product alongside other supplements.
