What is Cannabigerol?

There are two ways to use this product. You may use it for daily wellness support or menstrual cycle support. Women often use her. daily in the 7 days leading up to their menstrual cycle and throughout. New users may begin with 1/2 a dropper, the oil evenly placed under your tongue, for about 1 minute. We suggest drinking at least 8 oz. of water afterwards for maximum absorption. You may use up to 2 full droppers daily.

Should I shake the bottle well prior to use?
