What is the best way to take this product?

A: Apply 1ml dropper (1 serving) daily under the tongue or next to the cheeks for the fastest and most efficient absorption. CBD Oils can be mixed with food or water but sublingual absorption is the most effective. The built in dropper allows users to take carefully measured doses.
